Anna & Charlie | Suffolk Country Church Wedding & Sailcloth Marquee Reception

Anna & Charlie’s day was the absolute epitome of a country wedding; that perfect mix of formal and relaxed, when everything aligns and makes for the most amazing day. The couple married at St Andrew’s church in the Suffolk village of Wingfield before a sail-cloth marquee reception on the family farm.

The day brought together some brilliant suppliers including a welcome catch-up with top Suffolk make-up artist, Victoria Bradfield. The reception food was courtesy of the incredible Fox & Goose at nearby Fressingfield (I’ve shot several weddings alongside them over the years and they’ve been faultless throughout!). On the day I was ably assisted by the talented photographer Amy Leggett - best known for her beautiful family portraiture, she’s also a pretty mean wedding shooter. It was great to have her help in covering the day to its fullest. Ordinarily, my preference is to shoot alone, however, for larger weddings (like Anna & Charlie’s), having a second viewpoint throughout the day can be really helpful.
