An unconventional, late summer wedding at the home of horse racing

Within the first few minutes of chatting with Magdalena & Matthew, I knew this was a wedding I really wanted to photograph. If you follow me at all, you’ll know I wear my heart on my sleeve and really get excited when a couple absolutely get how I work plus have plans which defy the usual wedding conventions.

M&M found me through the Jockey Club Rooms recommended suppliers list – Magdalena is a lifelong equestrian and couldn’t think of any where else she’d rather host their wedding. Absolutely perfect for the small, intimate feel for the day with guests travelling from Poland and across the UK.

So, here you go – a small selection of horse loving, oil painting, cabbage tossing (yes, really), glass chinking, dance floor twirling, greyhound walking, hop-scotching wedding photographs from a glorious late summer day, in the historic home of UK horse racing. Enjoy!
